Harry Zilli did indeed top KG's list for quite a while, but in later years others surpassed him. How did Harry get to the top? Well, I presume it was bcuz the weekly events from the DC area were rated, which, IMHO they shouldn't have been.

I played Harry once back then and he was a good player. Would he have been worthy of Giant 32 had there been voting back then? Maybe..but certainly he'd have belonged in the next tier 33-64.

Ratings lists need thousands of points of match play to get close to accurately reflecting one's skill.
