2 sided bearoff dB has cubeless and cubeful game winning chances.
In money play, you can rely on cubeful ones (and cubeless one of course) and do no magical conversion cubeless --> cubeful (and no need to apply 1-ply/2-ply, you just take the dB values if the position is in the dB).
In match play, you can't rely on cubeful ones, since they do not take into account the match score. Hence you use cubeless ones and do they magic to get cubeful ones, then apply 1-ply and 2-ply. For cubeless chances, you take cubeless from the dB and then apply 1-ply and 2-ply. If you do a 0-ply eval of the match position, you get the same cubeless chances as the money position.
