Jellyfish might be the best tool of all (even the free version) to input a match as it is being played. Hank Youngerman did this quite often. There is only one down-side, in that there is a definite delay required by the inputter to enter an illegal play, which is sort of a 'tell' that an illegal play has just been made.

The resulting .mat file is directly importable into Snowie or Gnu.
