Re #1, I don't know anyone who always plays in the 2-3 ER range. I played a terrible match vs. Rory in the LV semis last month (ER>7) so I know how you feel. I remember Achim Meuller had a similarly high ER in the MC semis last year. Guess it happens to everyone from time to time. Maybe you can learn something from your mistakes. Ask yourself what was the faulty reasoning you used that caused you to make these cube action errors. Doing so should help you avoid making these kind of mistakes in the future.
