It'd be good to work with the directors

I gave up when I ran into this argument almost 10 years ago. I reasoned that directors would know more than me about what affects attendance, so why would I want to do something which would have a negative impact?

Maybe I gave up too easily... There's collecting the stats and there's publishing them. Perhaps something like Rich's idea of only posting the leaders is reasonable and would address this concern.

Its better to work these issues out with the directors, because the whole process would run alot smoother when directors willingly submit the drawsheets. Even if the drawsheets are technically public, do you really want an environment of paparazzi sneaking photographs against the better wishes of the directors?

On the other hand, that this could be organized independently should encourage directors to find common ground too, else they'd risk this data being collected and published by a group they don't trust.
