H (Hit 13-7, 6-5*) looks better than X (hit and split 24-18, 6-5*) when aces won't strip the eight point. The price of gammons with a 2 cube is only partially elevated. So, H won't be preferred over P (Point 13-8, 8-7) by as much as it is at GG. I'll bet it is close and I would play H. Second choice is P.
