Super 32 LA Open

I didn't include the 1 pointers they played to decide the trophy, which Dorn won. Neil won 4, Steve and Dorn won 3 without losing, and as it often happens... Dorn was alive in the Consolation and playing that match marathon out, so they all settled on some mutually agreeable formula.

It is easy to go back and determine match lengths, though sometimes they differ. Right now I have Main-Conso-LC separated by a dash... But the L's will also tell you when a player was relegated to that respective flight. I have been typing up the names in the order of the drawsheet and going individually through and assigning Ws, Ls, and sometimes Bs for a bye. Maybe I should type up the original sheet including the word bye... I dunno. Byes don't count as wins. I am saving the master sheets in a manila envelope at the moment but eventually a flash drive might work better. Eventually I would like to have an alphabetical MASTER spreadsheet to enter the results from individual events onto... It is a pain looking for Jason Lee on a sheet of 56 players to add his results from podunk Iowa to right now. I also saved the pics that Jason Lee took on my computer so if anyone challenges the result or wants to check my work they can go through it at a later date. At least there are hard copies available

Also, the LA Open was 11 in the main, and 9 throughout the losers bracket and consolation while other tournaments are 11 main, 9 conso, and 5 last chance.

I haven't heard back from GammonZone about publishing it on the web, and they have the capability of doing a fibs rating, which I am told uses the same formula as ELO?

I had another idea since then that Gammon Village might want to publish this stuff, in which case I would probably get PAID... Or some other trust worthy representative would. It might be better if some more computer savvy dude was doing this, but given the right spreadsheet or software, I am quite sure even someone with my miniscule IQ would be able to handle it. I can always get advice from you or Matt Reklaitis or whomever is available.
