There should also be a minimum number of matches played for someone to remain on the top of the list. In other words, if someone were to attend one tournament as an extreme example, only play the Jackpot, win, and go 4-0 but not attend another event for ~3 months they should be dropped from the list. I don't know where or how to draw this cutoff line, not giving it any thought at the moment, but something that might come up.
