What is the difference publishing the stat sheets and video recording the finals of an event?

The arguement in an earlier thread stated the video recording was public record and not owned by the tourney. It should be used and posted for all to see. It mattered little if someone did not want it published nor did it matter if it would embarress the player.

Now the discussion of stats is being raised and the concern of embarressinng players or the chance of poor attendence is a concern. What's the difference here or am I missing something?

Either it's public record and can be used or it isn't.
