I am pretty sure it does not. I think how large of an effect this is could be tested. Take a play A vs play B situation and RO until you know the results extremely accurately. You know the difference extremely accurately then also. Now RO in pairs of say 1296 games. One time use the parallel dice and another time do not (uncheck quasi-random dice option). Record how close each RO was to getting the equity difference corrct. Repeat that many times.

It may be difficult to discriminate though between the effects of Dahl VR, rotating first roll, and bearoff databases. Also, certain positions such as races will have this effect be much greater than compared to say an opening position where a good dice in one RO may be bad in another.

This is related to my idea from a few months ago about making the ROs a matched pairs situation. Tom Keith tried it out though and if Dahl is used already there is not much advantage.
