You raise a good point. Would anyone like to get together for dinner on Thursday night to discuss how we should best address Chuck's concerns?

Seriously, I share your concerns. I honestly think the best method is to get 5 people together to explore the nature of the problem and come up with some concrete proposals and a set of questions. That is the kind of thing that then makes sense to bring a larger group together to discuss. Let's see who's around on Thursday.
