With gammons indifferent and trailing in the race (and by more than a 5-5), advancing the anchor seems the wrong idea.

Plays like 6/5 are somehow suspect, but here getting hit on the 10 point looks much less harmful than on the 9. It's not just the number of shots but the duplication of 6-3 as well.
