ELO across matchlengths + GnuBG feat req

It should be noted that this is quite different from f.i. FIBS ELO ratings for 1pt matches:

+100 ~53%

+200 ~56%

+250 ~57%

which begs the question, what kind of ELO rating formula do the Fish book METs use?

In itself, it would be nice to have a more accurate way of comparing ELO ratings across matchlengths than what FIBS uses.

Thinking about it, some sort of ELO calculator would be nice to have in GnuBG as well, and to have in the overall statistics (the luck adjusted result already gives a differential ELO rating, but it could be used on total error in MWC as well).
