If white does not bear off immediately, looks like blue has 5 wins from doubles and wins a bit more than half the time when white rolls 11 12 13 (say 3/36) and about 1/4 the time when white rolls 14 23 (1/36). Total 9/36 = 25%

But 1/6 of the time blue doesn't get to roll so 84%/4 = 21%. Add a few fractional scraps from the other variations and blue is probably around 22%. Doesn't seem like enough recube vig here to push that into take territory for money. Takepoint at score is a tad higher.
