More than a MET

Money game ELO ratings won't work well. The goal of doing well in a ratings system should match up with the goal of doing well in the games themselves. This is the case in mathplay where just the win or loss is looked at. Suppose it is a money game though against a significantly weaker player. Maybe you are a .5 points per game advantage. It is a last roll position and you have 19 winners. Obvious cube for money play. Can you make a money game ELO ratings system where it is still a cube if one wishes to maximize expected rating?
