Anyone Have Any Euros to sell ?????

As you may know, CapitalOne does not charge a fee for transactions in foreigh currency. Most other credit cards do, ranging fom 1-3%. (That's in addition to the exchange vig they get.)

On ATMs, most banks charge a few dollars for transactions from ATMs other than their own, but there could be exceptions. I had a big problem in France last year, as my ATM withdrawal was limited to ~$600/day and ~$1500/wk. Once I tried to exceed that, the card was invalidated. This was after I had checked with my local B of A branch before leaving the States.
