Technically I think White has a pretty clear pass and Blue is too good but lots of players take almost anything when they're way down in the score, so doubling is the practical play against one of them. Theoretically I think it's too good - White's position is just awful with 7 on the 6, no board, a blot on the ace, 3 on the 24 vs. Blue's advanced anchor, good board, and many builders to make the 7 or 4 point. It's therefore very likely that Blue will be able to at least cash next time, so I'd play on.
