I do not question your integrity. I do question your judgement with involvement in endeavors with Phil that may have multiple objectives -- one of which is, obviously in my opinion, the promotion of XG for individual gain. What's the old saying? -- perception is greater than reality.

My point is, therefore, that regardless of how upstanding I think you are (which I do), or that others who know you think you are (and I assume they feel similarly), the perception by others, who don't know you as well, of your objectivity may be tainted by association.
