Rod, here is the story of what it takes to be Phil's partner in doubles.

No one, but no one, rolls better under pressure than Randee. Novi 2007 against Jeb and me, the Simborgs were playing a roof game. Phil called the rolls: "fan" on our five point board; "fan" on our four point board; "fan" on our three point board; "hit" after we had eight checkers off; "hit" when we entered on their four point board; "cover" to make the fifth point; "slot" the sixth point; "cover" the sixth point. Randee was perfect, time after time. We came down to three on our ace point, the Simborgs had 012021 and Phil called out "doubles" and Randee rolled ducks. We didn't roll doubles and they had 011001. Phil called out "big doubles" and Randee rolled 55 to bring about double match point. Needless to say the last game was hopeless for us.

Now Rod, can you do as well?
