Large Scale Nation vs Nation Tournament

We need a business plan for a sponsor. I believe the business plan should incluce an impressive list of bg organizations from a large number of countries. Each organization would include in the plan the estimated number of casual and serious players in the country and then their estimates of what percentage of these would participate, with an outline of a marketing campaign to reach these players and the expenses running such a tournament would entail.

To me that means the first step is to garner suffcient support for, and create an organization in the US to do the work here and then join with other country organizations to come up with the business plan to present. As part of this we need leadership, a committe or an individual, to put this all together with all of the bg organizations around the world so we can come up with a gang-buster business plan.
