Backgame play decision

I happen to like 8/5 23/22. The option to spring a spare into the outfield and avoid getting stuck with a 12 backgame seems important. Timing seems pretty good at the moment, but it will not be long before white runs out of 6s to play and blue will probably need to vacate one of the back points to reactivate them. Seems prudent to do so now while there is a chance to leap the prime if white can't slot the back of it.
