Yuk. I definitely object to any system that requires reprogramming the clocks mid-match. 2.5/12 or 2/12 + 2 extra minutes or + 5 extra minutes or whatever. But pick something and set the clocks at the beginning and then just play the match in whatever time is chosen.

Agree - the rules state "shake vigorously". In my opinion, one shake and dump is not vigorous, and we don't want to be encouraging that. But sorry, anyone without a disability should be able to pick up the dice, shake 3 times and roll in under 4 seconds. I agree that this is one aspect of time management that everyone should be able to learn. And that leaves 8 seconds to make a play which should be enough for any simple situation. Brent proved that can be done indefinitely. It is just not comfortable to watch, and I'm sure even less comfortable to play.
