I think you probably are technically too good to double since only 55 screws you up this turn. Your opponent isn't going to take this no matter how crappy he is. He is likelier than a good player to take later in the game if he pops out quickly and rolls big doubles, because he probably doesn't really understand the adjusted pip count. So I think no double.
