In case you wonder, I am a huge proponent of clock usage.

As much as the smoother/cleaner mechanics of the game as the time.

I only pointed this situation out so we may anticipate proper actions in such circumstances in the future.

For the unforeseen, odd circumstance, as this was, I think CJC and Sam acted most professionally. I know Sam, and I know he must have felt terribly thinking he might have shorted us four minutes and now Brent finds himself in this tremendous time problem.

As I said earlier, I am convinced they acted with the best interests of both players on their minds, and in their hearts.
