Angle shooting and Bronstein clocks

Lets consider the issue posted by Mike Main where the opp never said a word about fast rolling 'til a joker was thrown..(well at least a roll good enough to turn 0% into 8% chances).
That case is moot when playing with clocks since there's only one set of dice, so there is no fast rolling.
It always is fun to watch your opp roll 54 and play four 4's quickly like he's rolled a joker and by the time you've said that he rolled 54 he's allready scooped up his dice. Sometimes there's no kibs to ask, or they didn't see it, or, heaven forbid they are in collusion with this guy who really is going to cheat you a few times.
This case is moot playing with clocks since there's one set of dice and it still is remaining on the table. If he's scooped up this lone set of dice, he certainly isn't going to win a ruling as to what was rolled, since he isn't supposed to touch the dice until it is his next turn after you've hit your clock.
Now the next case really isn't cheating, but it does really bother some players and certainly isn't nice. Some players, either to be a pain in the ass, or just bcuz they are so excited and into the game, shake their dice while their opp is thinking about his move. Hmm..clocks..one set of dice..no problem as nothing to shake until the clock is hit, ending your opp's turn.
Just a few ways, clocks help to stop some angle shooting ... neilkaz ...
