nothing against EdO/Senk/Wachtel (they are all fine players and make a formidable representative team) but should they be the team just because they signed up first? any number of formidable teams could be formed by any of the collection of American players present -- EdO, Senk, Wachtel, Stick, Neil, UBK, Chris, Perry, Alan, Malcolm?, and perhaps others I'm not aware of

what if Bill/Chuck/David were going and signed up first?

there needs to be some objective solution
