clock abilities

In Response To: clock abilities (garyo)

can the clocks be set to handicap one side over the other? ie for physical handicapped player.

For the GameTime II (the standard black clock you see everywhere now), only the reserve time can be set for different amounts -- the buffer must be the same for both players.
