Good luck in Europe

There's more to winning backgammon than playing with a low error rate, and I know this from my own personal experience. I am not a boaster and everyone that knows me understands that, so please interpret this in that context.

I am fairly sure that Petko has outplayed me more than I've outplayed him in our many matches on GamesGrid. I know from my Snowie stats that I have a WC average error rate, so it is not that I am exactly playing bad, but I also know that Petko has me beat in that department. So why is it that I've spent probably 80% of the time over the past 2 years with a higher Elo rating than Petko? How is it that I manage to never fall below a 1900 rating? There must be something else going on. Somehow, I know how to win. Mistakes and all.

Ray is like that. He knows how to win. He has proven it.
