Is it possible to make some kind of custom settings for XG Roller?

It is not possible at this time, but it's a great idea. In the meantime, you can create custom settings for rollouts and do whatever you wish, including the settings you recommended. I am doing all my rollouts on the custom settings that Stick recommends, and Xavier plans to add that as a default in the future.
