A clear double for White per Woolsey's rule. How about the take? White's gammons are more valuable than normal ATS while Blue's are less and Blue's recube vig is lowered quite a bit as well. OTOH, Blue's got the 20 which is good gammon insurance and no other blots while White has an incredible 7 sprinkled around the board. If Blue can enter and hit and not get hit back, the advantage can quickly swing to Blue. White also figures to have some difficult checker play decisions in the rest of this game. I think I'd reluctantly let this one go as Blue. D/P.
