Very tough problem. When is the 5 point not the 5 point? The question comes up over and over again and usually the 5 point is the 5 point.

Stick has a 3.5 board that must be respected. Bold v safe criteria point to safe, and Stick's hit from the mid is convienent -- bringing in a builder. All these make me want to play safe. But if we run, then... we need a board to run to and it's just not there. Making the 5 leads to alot of stripped points. If we are on the bar then often something has to give when we get off the bar (the die we don't come off on) and we could possibly leave yet another blot.

I think I'll play safe but may be way wrong and looking forward to the answer to this one.
