Agreed to some extend....

Being a good cook and running a successful restaurant also means being attentive to your customers´ feedback, going to the tables, talking with them, running surveys, and doing everything possible BEFORE the unhappy customers wander off...

That one special case of "busting the cheater" was certainly good to show the fact that TD do react. I have to correct you on one thing. The guy has been around for not even one year on the international bg scene before he was busted and he has not been cheating all the time. He is a good player on top of using loaded dice, which makes it even harder to guess if he is cheating or not. But in any case, he is history now and it´s not like he has been around forever.

TDs have a tough life, as I am sure you know. TDs and their staff can´t be everywhere and monitor all the time but they have to be attentive and receptive towards players´ feedback and carefully pursue complaints. Unfortunately, this seems to be a big lack in MC, and not for the better of the game.
