If they are not using Mexican limes and white tequila (preferably Sauza Conmemorativo Tequila, light gold), then it's not even close. Also, lol if they really know their stuff, they can explain the difference between a Tequila Sour and a Marg.

One of the most popular ones is known to be made with white tequila and Everclear...the grannys love them every Sunday, although they can barely drive home.

(Used to hang out at the La Fonda in Santa Fe years ago. Santa Fe is great.)
