This is what got me thinking about this stuff- a couple of the posts from the other day alleging improper behavior in previous years in MC.

I looked up the ABT rules, and they already seem to cover one aspect- Rule 4.2 implies that judgment will go against the player who re-rolls cocked dice prior to the opponent acknowledging the dice as cocked.
