I'm still really unsure about every part of this hand. I don't know why I decided to play 67 suited in a limit game and not 3 bet preflop. I could have also raised on the flop or the turn, but I was under the assumption w/a preflop raiser that flop in all likelyhood hit him, so I was waiting to catch my flush before I raised. When he checks the river I know he shit..easy bet. What did he have? Any under pair is the most likely scenario, since I've been just calling on that scary flop, he has to figure me on a weak ace suited.
