Agreed on my extreme dislike of 3:1 difference between 1st and 2nd and many side events were the same. Some of us W/C types really don't want to hedge but don't want to say no to friends. However, with something fairer like a 2:1 split, hedging becomes less necessary.

Does anyone really think that the winner who is 8:0 deserves 3 times what the 2nd place who is 7-1 gets?

MC has always done it this way..but it is time to CHANGE and pay out a 2:1 ratio to 8 players.
