Blindfold chess or BG

A few weeks ago I had a discussion which one was easier to play, and my point was that BG will be easier to play blindfold, because you don't have to look ahead 4 or 5 moves like in chess.

Also your pieces in BG have only one way to move, and fewer pieces overall on the board.

In my youth I played a lot of chess, and was able to play blindfold, though I played noticeable weaker than with a real board, so I have some experience in that area.

I never tried blindfold BG, but I am sure it will be easier.

From what I know, Falafel was a good chessplayer before he started BG. Going to ask him in Cannes.

Any comments on which game will be easier to play blindfold?
