Adam, for what it is worth, I have seen you play and played against you over the last few years, and in my opinion, your game has grown significantly, particularly over the past year. I believe that you have been putting in the effort and working hard on your game and that it is no accident that you have been getting the results you deserve as of late. You are not a crappy player by any means. Like for all of us, there is still much to learn. Perhaps you should take Bill's comments as the compliment that it was probably intended as. I'm sure Bill could have chosen better words to say it, but I don't think it was intended as a dig at all.

Bill takes pictures periodically of positions in key matches that seem interesting and that represent tough choices or are at critical junctures in the match. While I have not yet gotten the new Point and haven't read the article, my guess is that he would have published the same position had your dad gotten it right. He probably just found it interesting. Again, I doubt that there was any ill will involved. Your dad is a real statesman of this game and I was happy to see him win this prize event.
