Whether Mochy should be given an error or not is debateable. But however it is decided Lars clearly should get dinged with the full .9 error. The cube is turned and Lar's decicision is to pass for -1.0 or take for -.1. Passing is a .9 error, it is completely irrelevant whether mochy's cube is correct or not.
