6-2(4). Clearing the 5 makes future 5s terrible and you won't be able to fill this gap anytime soon since aces (which fill the gap) will be used to bear checkers off the acepoint. Playing 4 men to the deuce gives you 2 good options with future aces - 6/5 or 2/1.
