Same results aren't possible, you'll usually get the same 'ballpark' of results for the GNU SW EQ ER listed and the actual ER as given by SW. For them to have the same ERs GNU would have to use Snowie's AI/neural net and it obviously doesn't do that. After GNU figures out the ER to adjust for the equivalent SW ER it factors in all the forced moves and voila, equivalent ER.
