It's difficult to imagine that someone that has never looked at a match equity chart or read a book on bg could be that good, but he certainly is held in high regard by scores of expert players. He has had many of his matches recorded and from what I have seen and heard from others, his error rate is low. I define low as 3 or less.

In MC he was all alone on the take side of a prop against Mochy, you and other strong players, which was impressive to me, and it turned out he was right by about .09 or more.

Falafel thinks his error rate is close to Mochy's. Mochy visited Falafel in Israel for study with him and i guess that Falafel and Mochy played matches which were recorded and form the basis of Falafel's opinion.

Maybe you are being too harsh on him based upon his views of some of the positions that came up in MC?
