Your EPC is 4*7+1 = 29.

I used Seret's pipple ocunting technique for opponent and got 320 pipples for EPC of 3.2*(8+1/6) = 26.1. Note though that the technique is recommended to be used for 7 checkers more.

Accounting for roll you are up only a little more than one effective pip. No double.
