Interesting.

Let's start with money. If it weren't for the direct shot it would be a pretty trivial take, you do have a 4 prime with less guys back after all. Can the direct shot swing it? I find that extremely doubtful...assuming he gets hit you will still have a 4 prime with 2 guys behind it. And, he might not get hit, and you might hit the blot on the ace. So clear take for money IMO.

Is the score enough to swing it? Quite possibly. Your takepoint is pretty high at this score...but Gs are worth the same as they are for money and your recube vig is better, and you will get quite a few efficient recubes from here. I don't think that compensates for the higher takepoint but it goes maybe halfway.

I'm going to say D/close P AtS.
