Neil, I agree. Sometimes there are things that need to be said. But my point is that people should not say something here that they would not want the target of the comment to be aware of and have an opportunity to respond to. And Chuck's point was that people should try to be diplomatic and a bit sensitive in the way they say things and perhaps take a moment to read what was written from someone else's point of view before posting. If the same point can be made without it being hurtful in the process, then do it that way. Stick to the facts and what was done wrong and what should have been done instead and avoid just insulting someone (unless you are already well known to be an equal opportunity insulter and perhaps happen to run this web site).
