We retain for more useful contact if we maintain the 20 pt anchor which is what I really want to do. Unfortunately, our alternatives aren't very good, and if we wimp 11/2 we have major issues next roll unless we joker.

I wouldn't dream of 20/11 if we weren;t up somewhat in the race,but here we are and with Stick having only a few jokers to hammer us, 20/11 may be correct.

The real problems after 20/11 occur later when we remain vulnerable, however Stick often leaves us a 7 or 8 next turn and may remain with a blot in his board. Our board is good enough that he will think twice about hitting loose and leaving two blots.

20/11 looks like it may be the best of a bad bargain here and gets my reluctant vote !
