My club is not willing to use clocks. One guy delays the tournament by at least an hour or two every single week. He nearly always takes at least 70 minutes, and often close to 100 minutes, to complete a match. We only play five-pointers. I find it a real drag to wait around for 75 minutes only to lose in two games to Keene. So I only go play in those tournaments every once in a great while.
