Fear not. You could play best 3 of 5 matches to 25 and people will still be occasionally complaining about how some clueless fish made ridiculous decisions and won the tournament anyway. And the chances that any of a large number of players that actually have a clue how to play will win will be much greater than the fish. Sure the top few will have much better chances than currently, but the element of chance will always be making its presence known. Nothing to worry about.
