Cash Games/Chouette Tournament

You mean something like the WSOP, where people start with the same stake and then progress/cash based on who is left? This would require progressively higher game stakes as time progresses to start knocking people out.

One of the attractions of the WSOP is multiple tables with groups competing. How about starting with multiple chouettes, with progressively high game stakes as time progresses, where you get to a "last man standing" at each chouette who progresses to the final table.

Both formats can be run with clocks. The only thing to be determined is how to handle an "all in" type of situation for those with short stacks.
