Anything not comprising 21/15 looks wrong.

After that, 21/3 9/3 is hardly looser than 21/9 13/7(2) but much more promising when things start well.

With White's prime not advanced enough, he can hit all the blots he wants, he usually shouldn't do better than cashing for 1 point.
